In partnership with LVCT Health and funded by PEPFAR through USAID, this five-year initiative (2021-2025) enhances access to high-quality HIV prevention and treatment for FSWs, MSWs, and TGs in Kilifi and Mombasa Counties. Implemented through six DICEs, the program provides HIV testing, PrEP, ART linkage, STIs, and other Sexual reproductive health services. A peer-led model (peer educators, PrEP champions, navigators) ensures meaningful KP involvement and drives demand for services. The primary objective of this project is to improve access to high-quality HIV prevention and treatment services for key populations.
