Funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, Germany (BMZ) and German Doctors, this 23-month project focuses on young female sex workers (YFSWs) and young transgender persons (YTGs) aged 15–24 in Kilifi County. Partners include Kilifi County health authorities and local community-based organizations. It aims to:

1. Empower young key populations to advocate for their rights.
2. Increase uptake of HIV, SRH, and mental health services.
3. Promote economic empowerment through vocational training and alternative livelihoods.
